Instituted in 2022, The Outstanding New Member Award is presented to a new member who has made noticeable contributions to the club.  Going beyond regular attendance at weekly club meetings, this member is actively involved on a committee, and/or volunteering for or spearheading a service project or fundraiser.  One or more awards may be presented each year.  Recipients are chosen by past-presidents with input from the current board.
