The Growing Cannabis Industry in Missouri
Adam Diltz brings nearly 8 years of executive level management business operations experience to the table, 4 of which are in the cannabis field. Adam demonstrates exemplary leadership qualities perfected through the practice of management, sales and athletics. He possesses a desire to continue learning and will work relentlessly to master the task at hand. Adam joined the Verano Holdings, LLC team as the Nevada State Director in September of 2018 and has since evolved into the VP Cultivation Operations role that helps oversee all cultivation operations across the country.
As VP Cultivation Operations, Adam has overhauled staff and standard operating procedures of existing facilities, implemented wholesale sales strategy and utilized industry relationships to increase rolodex of customers and improved yields in the cultivation two-fold in less than 90 days. He has sought out and secured 6 new prime dispensary locations working with local realty professionals, handled all compliance permitting, zoning and planning paperwork and applications for new locations and oversees a 86,000 sq. ft. build out that will increase the facility’s output 10x.
At KIFF Cannabis, Adam was Vice President. He and his fellow managing partners brought the business from 2 employees to 50+ in a matter of 8 months and achieved over $1MM per month in gross sales. Adam then went on to launch Consistent Business Solutions, a Nevada-based cannabis consulting company that focused on helping struggling businesses by increasing efficiency in business practices and increasing yields in their cannabis crops. It was with that reputation that Adam was introduced to Verano management to join their team at Lone Mountain Partners, LLC, Verano’s Las Vegas cultivation facility.
Adam was introduced to the medical cannabis industry working as the Chief Compliance and Operating Officer at ACC Enterprises LLC. There he was in charge of creating and implementing all standard operating procedures for the facility to ensure State and local compliance.
Prior to jumping into the cannabis industry, Adam was a member of the original management team that designed, opened and operated Drai's Nightclub and Beach Club in Las Vegas. He currently also holds a contract for the management of beverage operations at The Zappos Theater located inside Planet Hollywood Casino. Adam's operation has increased gross sales and profit margins in all 5 years at the helm. His focal point in all business endeavors is bringing solid management practices and leadership to run business operations as lean and efficient as possible.
Adam graduated from the University of Kansas with a Bachelor of General Studies in Sports Management with a Minor in Business in 2010.
